Acquisition of Energy Consulting Firm Expands Five Point Partners’ Utility Industry Service Offerings

ATLANTA, GA – February 16, 2009 – Five Point Partners, LLC, a provider of management consulting and technical services in advanced metering infrastructure, business intelligence, and customer care and billing for regulated and deregulated utilities, today announced it has acquired TMG Consulting, Inc., the leading provider of information technology application review, planning, selection, and project quality assurance services to the energy industry. TMG brings a rich history of advisory success throughout the utility industry and tenured consultants with a recognized level of in-depth expertise. Five Point will utilize this expertise and industry goodwill to provide clients additional value around strategy, systems implementation and application management initiatives.
