We take our commitment to provide unbiased advice to clients very seriously. We recognize the environment of intellectual curiosity that is fostered, which is one that must allow our consultants to express informed opinions free from compromise.

Five Point treats all applicable client business information as confidential. We implement and enforce employment policies that are aimed at protecting our clients’ confidential information. Every Five Point employee must adhere to our written Confidential Information and Invention Assignment Agreement. We understand that maintaining our clients’ confidentiality is paramount to Five Point’s reputation as a trusted advisor and a respected leader within the industry.

Guiding Principles and Ethical Conduct

Strict adherence to our Guiding Principles For Code of Conduct is one way that Five Point protects and maintains its core values. These guidelines are in place to ensure our consultants operate objectively and with the utmost ethical principles. We value these principles in our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of business professionalism. While we cannot anticipate or define standards of behavior for every situation, these guidelines were designed to provide direction in exercising proper judgment. Proprietary Tools and Methodologies

We have developed proprietary tools and methodologies with the goal of enabling our clients to formulate the best possible business plans and decisions by efficiently and accurately distilling complex issues into valuable insight. The proprietary tools we have developed are designed to help clients to be more effective (“enablers”) and to be more efficient (“accelerators”). Strategy, Research & Advisory (SRA)

Five Point’s Strategy, Research & Advisory (SRA) division maintains strict vendor neutrality. SRA provides research, analysis, and strategic advice to utilities, vendors, and service providers. Vendors and service providers play a critical role in the evolving utility industry and are entitled to the best research-based information and advisement available regarding trends and issues that concern us all. In the current environment, vendors and service providers are often at the forefront of IT research and development. Many have become either SRA clients or primary sources of information, but always in a fashion that provides no bias or favoritism.
